Planet wars in Python

We are looking for someone with substantial knowledge about the Google AI challenge: Planet wars and proper skill in Python 2.7.
We need you to create 4 bots playing Planet Wars (in the modified version provided by us) each of them deploying a different Intelligent Strategy:
-One bot using the mini-max algorithm.
-One using the hill climbing algorithm.
-One breadth-first search.
-One adaptive bot
The first three bots will play in serial mode, which means that they take turns in attacks. The last (adaptive bot) will use the parallel mode, which means both players attack at the same time.
We will provide some example bots and the base code for the game. So basically, we need someone to translate algorithm to Python.
