I am looking for a programmer to create a certain clicking and monitoring program. It will have to do the following task:

1- Click a certain pixel that I choose on screen.

2-Monitor a certain area on a page that I choose.

3-Send an e-mail to one e-mail address when the selected area has different colors.

This program will always be running on my computer to track a certain web page.
