Create Power Automate Flows

I'm searching for an expert in Microsoft Power Automate to set up 3 automated workflows as an intitial test:

Flow 1: If a new email is received use this as a trigger to check if a new email is in another outlook 365 folder, if there is, save the attached excel file as a csv and rename the csv file the date of the email in YYYYMMDD format and save to a folder in onedrive for business. On successful completion send an email confirming success.

>If there is no new email in the other outlook 365 folder, email our info@ email address notifying that it is not present. Repeat the checking process 2 days later until successful

Flow 2: If a new email is received use this as a trigger to check if a new email is in another outlook 365 folder, if there is, unzip the attachment using a password, save the attached excel file as a csv and rename the csv files the date of the email in YYYYMMDD format and save to a folder in onedrive for business. On successful completion send an email confirming success.

Flow 3: If an new email is received use this as a trigger, wait 2 days and then go to a website, use a user name and password, and download the most recent excel file from a particular page, save the attached excel file as a csv and rename the csv files the from date on the the file line item on the website page in YYYYMMDD format and save to a folder in onedrive for business. On successful completion send an email confirming success.
