wordpress site AMP plugin need some modification

i have AMP plugin and newspaper theme [login to view URL]
i have a few things to modify.
1- show logo above the menu bar
2- remove publish time ( now showing even disable)
3- show view counter ( comes with the main wp theme)
4- social counter ( it showing counts now, but icons not showing)
5- need to adjust alignment for top 10 list
6- show badge at author ( it can be fixed icons)
attached 2 images are my current non amp theme. i want the same style for amp version.
