I need a plugin made that will allow me to add items and prices and discounts and it will create a link for a user to be able to sign up on an installment plan. You can see the 2nd example of code on this page of how to make a paypal installment button.

It needs to let me put in the following.
1. name of person
2. address of person
3. items they are buying
4. amount of each item
5. any $ or % discount on items
6. shipping price
It needs to add this up and make a link to let them set up this installment plan.
I need a simple admin to let me manage these. This does not need to keep track of there payments.
