Woocommerce website using Product Designer plugin - need help with bug fixes, customization of plugin

We have a website that uses WordPress, Woocommerce, and a plugin called Tshirt Ecommerce ( [login to view URL] ). The website allows customers to pick a type of cup and add clip art, text, or their own uploaded art. They can then order a quantity of the customized product. The Tshirt Ecommerce plugin was customized especially for our unique product requirements.
Issue #1 – highest priority
When a customer uploads their own artwork (a GIF, PNG, or JPG), the plugin hangs (the customer sees a spinning orange circle and cannot click to the next screen). 1. We want to prevent that from happening to customers as much as possible. 2. We want to have clear instructions to give that customer so that they can fix it and complete their order. I will provide the steps necessary to replicate this issue.
Issue #2.
When a customer creates a design, sometimes the web preview does not match the created design. We will provide the steps to replicate this issue.
The final fix must be cross-compatible with all modern browsers.
