I have a wordpress theme that I would like to enhance the look and feel of it, so you won't be designing a theme from scratch but rather editing it and making it usable, for now the home page sections needs redesigning, parts of the code i.e. The domain search functionality is not working properly you'd need to fix that.
Also I have a WHMCS theme, which I would need you to take some more bits and pieces from it to include it in the wordpress theme, so I need someone who can communicate in English fluently and can bring good knowledge in both PHP, JS, CSS.
Fonts on the wordpress side would need to be changed, also the home page sections, as well as the other pages sections, i.e. plans, blog, the about us field, maintaining maybe the colour scheme and the overall design, but changing every part in the sections and the text positioning.
