Visual Composer in Wordpress no more visible - need help FAST

Hey!

We installed Wordpress with Be-Theme and Visual Composer.

Everything is up-to-date but in the top-menu, visual composer is NOT displayed anymore and nothing can be edited.

We need Visual Composer to fully work again.

Can you help me fix this?
