2. The address shipping to MUST BE located in California
3. You Must pass a Verification process
Once the customer passes the over the phone age verification process, they can place an order with the phone rep and the order is processed and shipped within 24 hours to anywhere in the State.
We will be offering this service in Colorado, Washington, Oregon and Nevada very soon.
