Update 1 Year's Worth of Content on WP site

We just transferred our website from Joomla to Wordpress, a process that lost 14 months of our content. We need to update the website with our monthly newspaper issues (14 months total, Dec. 16 through Feb. 18).
I have uploaded one of our PDF versions of an issue so you can see the amount and kind of content you will be working with. These are what you will be grabbing the text from. The images will be email to you in jpg format, ready to go online. Updates would include text, images, and adding links. (we will not be uploading the Community Calendar stuff. Each issue contains anywhere from 12 to 25 articles, depending upon the issue, some issue are 16 page and some are 20. Our website address is: [login to view URL]
I need this done ASAP. We use IonMag for our theme. I need someone who is familiar with that theme and using TagDiv composer.
Moving forward, we are also looking for someone to update it monthly for a set price. Let us know if you would be open to doing that as well.
