Troubleshoot 500 Error and Fix the Issue

The issue:
We're getting a 500 Internal Server Error in the console while trying to edit Ultimate Member Profile Tabs. When we Update any existing tab it breaks all other tabs, existing tabs "Options" settings are not editable.
Options Section should be selectable like this: [login to view URL]
But Options Section is not selectable (also note the Console error): [login to view URL]
