Resolve Cross Domain PHP Form Issue

I have existing forms that were working to submit forms from one website to another (different domains). Since implementing https/SSL on both domains the forms are not working in many browsers. I believe this is related to CSRF.
Forms are in PHP on the processing server, submitting server is sending html though it uses a PHP based CMS.
I am open to creative solutions but ultimately I need this solved ASAP. Both sites are on the same server but different domains and different cpanel accounts.
