1. a) All borrowers have Logins and Passwords.

b) Need to be able to upload borrower info by Excel/CSV files.

2. a) All Book Titles to have columns: Quantity, Title, Status (In/Out),

ISBN, Date Out, Date Due, Date In.

3. Needs to be able to track fines if borrowers return books late.

4. Admin Reports by

a) Current Borrowers (and titles (and qty) they borrowed).

b) Fines (Paid and Outstanding)

c) Any other information required (to be discussed).
