Non-Profit Wordpress Website with Multiple Functionalities

We need a wordpress website rebuilt from scratch…not a modification of the current website. It is a non-profit website that currently has multiple functions/features and some we would like to add. The current website is extremely slow and needs a complete reconstruction and redesign. It is hosted on a VPS with Godaddy.
Here is a list of details about each element what is needed for each task.
Design:
We will likely give you a design/layout to work with which has already been approved by the client. The design will need to be built in wordpress with a theme that is optimal for site speed, mobile responsiveness, and search engine friendly. We would prefer DIVI being used for the design layout. We may also provide a built-out design in DIVI, and you would complete all of the backend WP development, including the directory design and functionality. (see below)
Membership Area Development
The website currently uses S2 Members plugin. We would like to change to Paid Membership Pro, which we have already purchased. We need the membership system to work seamlessly with Learndash, membership directory system management, membership expiration tracking/notifications/payment system, and create an overall complete user-friendly membership experience when the member is logged in.
Learndash is currently installed and used for a limited number of courses. The Learndash courses should integrate with WooCommerce and Paid Membership Pro.
Online Store/Ecommerce Development
We currently have an online store where members and the public may purchase online conference videos and event registration. Membership signup also needs to be integrated. Currently, when a person purchases a membership, we have to manually add them into the directory and manually give them access to any courses purchased. So we need the membership plugin to work with ecommerce activities.
Online Member Directory
We currently use the WP Geodirectory plugin for our online directory for the public to find a practitioner. We have been unable to perform plugin updates due to the customizations of the current directory. We need a system in place to be able to perform plugin updates without losing all the customizations. We are open to using the same plugin or a different directory software. If you look at our directory, you will see the elements needed in a listing and custom search results requirements.
We would like to update the look of the directory and enhance the consumer experience for usability. We also would like to integrate signup and listing/membership management for seamless experience for member. Also, if possible, we would like to be able to provide statistics to members for how many times their listing was in a search result or viewed. (Paid Membership Pro seems to have this functionality.)
