Need subscription with [login to view URL] on WP

Hi, i need to setup a mailing system that requires building a list with [login to view URL] and using auth/token.
Here are the steps:
STEP 1: Customer will come to my WP website "[login to view URL]" and they will see FREE PRODUCT
Step2: FLY IN "Looking for your free product?" See attachment
User inputs their email and clicks "Subscribe".
STEP 3 : Verification link is sent to their email and they should click on that link.
STEP 4: With that link they are redirected to a site via token/auth
STEP 5: They fill out form and click send
STEP 6: Form is sent to my email
Pretty basic and need this done asap.
