I need a Softwares Search Engine based on PHP

I need a PHP based search engine for softwares only. I wanted it as an Auto Generated Content which it can grab link from other website like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] so the files are not stored in my server/host. The script will only show the content that grabbed from other website, and if user wanted to download the files then the original original file from original link will grabbed.
