i need a coder for a quotation generation software

need to make a software which can help me to create quotations . i have managed to create an excel sheet which can do that work but i need to manually enter the entries and copy out the output. the target is to copy bulk export the entries and get a bulk export the answers. the file should be easy to make changes to the unit prices so as the calculations can change.
