HTML 5 and Animation SVG files Need Built

I have a project that needs developed. I have the designs already created but need a developer to make the animation in HTML 5, Snap SVG, Java script, animation or something similar.

The design and animation will be added to a Wordpress website which is already built. This is for just ONE PAGE of the site. The site is built in Bootstrap and Wordpress.

We have all files, svg files and designs. We can send them individually.

Note: We have the designs already so only items you have developed.

I will then connect with you individually and send the design files and video explanation for you to review. We are not necessarily looking for the cheapest person. We are looking for good quality.
