Help with Wordpress Site for Photo Club

I need some help with a wordpress site for a photo club. We purchased a custom theme but it needs a little tweaking. For example, the calendar plugin does not work well with it. The text is white on a white background. We also would like our logo to be a little larger and want to set up individual galleries for users. I have done a little bit in wordpress but need some help getting this set up.
Would like someone to setup the template and transfer the content from our existing site to the new site.
