Help with Website Wordpress DIVI and add on plugins

I want to finish my website and need some skilled tips from a Wordpress and DIVI theme expert. I want help with digital marketing tips and top plugins. I just need advise and a few short things done and I do the rest. I want to build a long term working partnership with a consultant to help with various online business projects. I need a super fast, skilled person able to do this with proven projects and example websites.
Id like some quotes for how much it might cost to animate certain characters (4 to start) to audio recordings of humorous discussions into video format. Ongoing work. No idea to do this work so love to see what is out there.
