Developer needed for YotPo API, Adwords API, and Theme Upload Block

We are looking for a developer to do three things for us urgently. The first is the setup and integration of two custom APIs following the YotPo loyalty and referral help guide. You will need to create API triggers for customer behaviour to notify the app that the customer has done the action.
The second is the creation of a new block in our shopify 2.0 theme. This should be a form where someone can submit an image file, but only a JPEG, PNG, or PDF file type. This will also be one of the API triggers.
Skills required: Coding experience and previous experience with creating Shopify API is critical. You MUST have completed a similar job before.
Estimated budget: This is a two to three hour job and budget will be £150-£200
Timeframe: ASAP. We have been let down by some freelancer on here already and needed it a week ago, we really need someone that will take project and deliver it quickly - someone that knows exactly what they're doing.
