This exercise is part of a bigger Project and only the Team who can complete the task below will be awarded the project. Your work will be evaluated based on coding skills, presentation and UI design. Bid only if you can complete the below task, host it on your end and demonstrate its functionality to the employer for evaluation.
Complete a simple web form in AJAX coded in PHP Laravel framework that can automatically read the name of a person from an ID that is uploaded as a jpeg file, input Estimate number into the form and load corresponding Estimate amount from QuickBooks online portal. Add 100 USD to the final amount value received from qb online and display on to Gross Amount field. For this exercise user will need to create his/ her own QuickBooks online trial user. User can refer to QuickBooks API here: [login to view URL] User must also provide QuickBooks online credentials in order to test the results. Required fields are given below.
Name: (Browse to read name of person as OCR from jpeg file)
Estimate Number: (Read from QB online API)
Amount: (Exact amount from QB online)
Gross Amount: (Add 100 USD to the Amount from qb online)
Email: (Provide any email in this field to receive the data as a PDF as well as the body of the email)
Click PRINT to show the full data set as a PDF and a summary in website. Send generated information to email including the ID Card as an attachment by clicking SEND button and view as a PDF by clicking PRINT button. The form have to be a good and a user friendly UI and user should see the Gross Amount automatically being calculated whenever the Amount is updated.
An UPDATE button with an empty field is to be included to update the corresponding Estimate Description in the QB online portal. Include a SAVE button to save the generated PDF to a Dropbox account using Dropbox API.
