in my website [login to view URL] I need a simple control access page with mail and password, and with a logo image. I need a back end page where I can upload simple excel with user (mail) and password. I need to create a report (who and when connect to the page) day by day. User, after login will be redirected to a specific page in my website. For exaple, the excel fields will be:

user:Jack@aol.com. pass:1234 redirect:[login to view URL]

user:Rose@xxx.com. pass:abcd redirect:[login to view URL]
