I want to develop a messaging app that has a timeline, chat, and friend with user id and link to mobile number and have a sticker (emoticons) that can be written by admin.

It also beriskan messaging applications like messenger that where there is a group and send files, photos and more. when the user is using the application will be uer admin in the chat. where the admin can do a broadcast to users and administrators can read and will auto-reply message keyword or keyword autoforward but the conversion is expected to be an example of such SMS Gateway keywords (keywords):

such as sms gateway if users chat with admin user .. i can change / add keywords manually (custom) on the trigger mysql database

better if the application language to use IONIC angular.js (but optional). If it is difficult android is also not a problem.

This application look like a messenger line.
