We require a website where customers can order our products on line, it’s not a big product range (less than 50 products) and we can upload product info ourselves.
The back end needs to have good functionality so we can keep track of the order progress
Also we would like a chat function so a customer can contact us in relation to that specific order and the chat history can be easily checked by the team here.
When the order is placed the customer receives a confirmation mail /we chat message quoting the order number and details of order placed and a link to the chat function, the actual invoice won’t be submitted until we check and add the freight cost.
We also need a drop down box so we can adjust the status of the order, after the order has been shipped we need to be able to upload the shipping information preferably a scan or photo of the courier document
The website needs
1 Password protected specific password per customer controlled by us here
2. English and Chinese text or language selection (perferable)
3. pricing drop down choice Euro Sterling USD RMB HKD
