I will require a programmer/coder that have experience with instagram and are confident on creating custom bots for instagram.
The objective of my bot are to
-scrape users from #hashtags or @accounts
-output the scraped data
-able to spam any 1 photo with unlimited mentions of the scraped data so that the users will have a notification of the photo he has been tagged on
things to take note:
this bot will have to upload 100s of instagram accounts as 1 account can only mention about 5-8 people, so coder have to take note of setting up proxy,accounts..etc
