Automated Script to Retrieve Page Elements from Website and Insert into Wordpress Post

I'm looking to hire a developer that can create a script that can automate a few Wordpress posting tasks.
Starting out the script needs to pull H4 titles from a webpage then paste that H4 title as the Wordpress post title & also paste it within the wordpress draft post text.
The script also needs to scrape a portion of an iframe embed code from on the target page & paste that in a specific spot within the wordpress draft post.
I can provide a video of the process that I'm looking to have automated. There are 50 posts on the category page and I want to be able to scrape all 50 of those posts with the above stated parameters.
