Add features to iOS and Android App

There is a ready made app for iOS and Android along with server backend. It's a video streaming app, much like Periscope.
Several features need to be added:
1) login via Facebook, VKontakte and anonymous
2) categories: admin can add/edit/delete categories in admin console; broadcaster can choose category before starting a new stream; viewers can filter streams by category
3) integrate in-app purchases - money will need to deposit into users in-app credits (such as "coins")
4) broadcaster can specify price for the view of his/her new stream
5) viewers must pay that amount using their "coins" before they get access to the stream
Changes are required in iOS app, Android app and PHP/MySQL server backend.
