I need a simple software to manage NGO accounting with HRM functions.

Explanation for the project

The NGO want to control its expenditure from each location, but should be categorized by Project for each programme and each programme has the donor.

Therefore if the NGO pulls the report for the system, the report should include, location, Project, Programme, and donor.

The system has to be installed in a local server and accessed locally
