I need a database written to emulate a Card File we use to deal with short term customer jobs. I have a retail buisness. We regularly order things, do work in the shop, etc for customers. Want to replace 4 x 5 paper cards with a database. Tables include 1. Customer Information, Card itself, and notes made to the card. Card fields 1. Card ID (primary Key) Date and Time created 3. Customer ID, 4. Initial Job Description. 5. Job Status (complete Yes / No). Job notes table with these field. 1. CardID, DateTimeStamp when note was made.

I have attached a quick start. I lack the skills to make controls and macros that will make the database user friendly and useful.
I require full access to the program as I will be modifying it in the future to add functionality. This program need to be done in either Open Office Base or Libre Office Base. This will allow me to modify the formatting of the forms. As this database is used it will be regularly modified until it is ready for implementation with more powerful front and back ends.
