Currently I have this website: [url removed, login to view] , which I would like to redesign it from a static page to a more dynamic page so that I can easily add/change new or old pages, add/change content and etc. I saw Joomla and maybe it will for my site too.
Also, I will need to have area of the website for customer to login and design their own ad, see it as it will be printed and have it converted to PDF and send to the webmaster. While designing the ad, customer need to have the functionality to upload images, add content, save for later, and have it view after the update. Once an ad is create, user should see a page thanking them with information about what to do next.
Attached are the ad page that customer need to design and add image/content to.
You are required to install Joomla and all it's module to make the site work - please let me know if you will be using Joomla before you bid.

Must be able to complete work within time limits(please specify exactly how much time it will take to complete project)
Must provide training on add/modify/delete of new pages or content
Website need to be dynamic, meaning that webpages, content and etc are easily add/delete/modify.
You need to provide at least 3 concept design of the website.
FUTURE WORK (not included in this project)
Once this dynamic website is done, I would like to get a bid on for customer to create their own 1-2 web pages based on a set of template provided to them. Will discuss more on this once first project is done.
