Develop a single Wordpress Blog page and integrate into existing HTML website

I want to integrate a blog page into the [login to view URL] website and am looking for some to create a page similar in look and feel to my current website. I have all the graphical elements of the site. The blog page does not have to be 100% the same but it should look very similar.
I like these two blogs and would like similar functionalities.

3. I want the blog to have the ability of letting people comment.
4. I should be able to “allow” or “reject” comments after reviewing them.
5. The blog should allow me to assign tags.
6. Links at the top like the other Impact Media Creations website pages
7. The ability to ad Facebook functionalities so that people can share or like the posts
8. The ability to set the number of posts per page
9. At the bottom of the blog page: [login to view URL] there is the ability to read more. Nice
10. Also like the way the responses look on the above site.
11. Like how the social media icons appear at the end of each post.
12. There are certain plugins that allow for the profile picture of the poster to appear with the blog post.
13. I would like the page to be setup and installed.
14. The Impact Media Creations domain will be used.
15. I would like a round of revisions also.
16. I want support for 60 days to make sure that everything works right
17. You may modify a preexisting page if you’d like.
18. Coding should all be current and clean.
