Adding membership area and classified to custom wordpress theme

We had a custom Wordpress theme built for our website about a year ago (which is based on local musicians) but now would like some extra user functionality integrated into the theme, looking for quotes to have the following added.
- create a back end for the musicians.
Ideally, this would give each musician a username and password to access an area where they can post gigs, use a message board, look at an event calendar and upload content. Sort of like a mini facebook meets craigslist or something. This would be completely private to the members and not for public eyes!
- add a "FaceList". Basically it would be a page on the front end of the site that let's us post upcoming events that the musicians are involved in. Everything from recording dates to live performances. Like the other pages, we'd only need this to be updated by the administrator and not by the musicians.
- Profile Upgrades: Ideally, we'd like for the current musicians profiles that have been added by admins to be manageable by the musicians themselves from the back end of the site with their username and password. A headshot, a short video or recording, a bio and CV as well as any links they might have to their current projects.
