I have some Clarion data files in .TPS format from a foreign application - no access to the Clarion source code.

I require a utility to read the records from a .TPS file and write them out in CSV format.

## Deliverables

Simple is good.

Command line driven is OK.

Would be nice if it could handle wild cards - [url removed, login to view] copied to [url removed, login to view] etc

Sample data file is attached.

It contains a list of zip codes.
