1- Install Wordpress with my theme file with sample data
2- Setup the theme direction RTL and LTR such as plugin or modules for multilingual website for 3 Language with sample data ( ONE of this language need RTL direction )
3- Setup SEO Friendly URLs
4- Security side like rename wp-admin file moreover hide or protected URL( .[url removed, login to view])
5- finally make quickstart setup file for localhost local wamp server or other one and document all step for install locally.
Note - I have all the theme file just need to make all the tasks above
