Looking for an experience web designer, with skills in mysql, php, javascript, web2.0, html 5, CSS.

This is a musician website. I have a website mockup, with PSD files.
Needs also to have a CMS to admin the website.

I guess the links above are self explanatory ...
The link that is called music, will have the following features. MOST IMPORTANT LINK
To play music when clicking on a song in the site.
To be able to download certain administrator uploaded songs ( for people visiting the site)
To be able to have back ground music playing, and when click on the music link the back ground music will stop
To be able to take ID3 tags from the uploaded Mp3's and add it to the site in a certain place and fields.
( this will be id3 tage - metadata for example - Artist, name of album, name of song, Year, ect........
To be able to click a button that will say lyrics, and it will open a window with the lyrics..
The about link,
will be about the artist have 1 photo next to the info about the artist
The Video link
Will have about 5 videos on the right side of the page, you click one of the videos and it will play in a bigger player in the middle of the website video page..
is just about the artist, and have the possibility to have a photo in the about me link with the text as well
The blog link,
will also have monthly logs on the right side of the page, and you will be able to scroll through all months, when click on a month the bottom of the BLOG link webpage will so all blog entries from this month, and when clicking on the day of blog it will show in the middle with a predefined photo to the left of the blog post.. each blog post might have its own photo attached to that particular post
Gallery link
Will have one Big photo in the middle of the page.
it will have categories like 2010, 2009, 2008 at the top of this page from left to right and a user will click on one of the categorizes and it will then open below the main BIG image, the photos from that categories for the user to click on to see a bigger photo
Contact Link,
is just a basic contact from, and contact info.
Home link
takes you to the start of the website, where you will have the following info
A slideshow gallery
A little in for the photos on the gallery
2 other photos that will have read more links.. going to a new page
2 Latest news that will have a read more link, going to a new page
Admin panel, will need to be able to add music from the admin of the site, turn on or off or select which songs can be download ( there is a special place on the website for this downloaded music to be placed)
Needs to be able to change all text on the site also be able to change photos and videos , blogs.. and blog and edit any data..
Same with the video part of the admin . edit text or title for video and add remove videos .
Need to be able to reorder the videos and audio songs and also photos into any order the admin likes.
this will give you a general idea of what I want done. all info on the site will be connected to a searchable database.
** there is also a back ground music player, that when the user comes to the site they can turn music on or off with a small player in the menu bar.. Background music.
I would be happy to discuss this in more details as well with you. You must speak English fluently
Now for the IMPORTANT part..
I will pay all money via this site. I will pay 20% when you start, and show me the first steps, which we can decide together I will Pay 50% at the next step of development, which we will decide together, I will pay 30% when it is finished and I can see it work on your site. .When You release the files to me and it is on my server working I will release the full escrow.
