We have a wordpress property portal here: http://www.whichlocation.co.uk. This website must be completely redesigned.
We need to redesign the front end of the website to look like this: http://www.propertylive.co.uk. There are features on this design which we do not want and these will be pointed out to the successful bidder. For SEO and admin purposes the website must be rebuilt using wordpress.
We need to create backend and admin area based on this site: http://www.rightmove.com. As with the front-end design; there are some elements in the "Right Moves" admin area which we do not want and these will be pointed out to the successful bidder.
Onsite SEO is very important and the site + many of its inner pages must be optimized to rank for property sales and rental keywords based around 230 local areas within the Greater London area in the UK.
Scroll to the bottom of the homepage of [login to view URL] and you will see the 230 inner pages targeting local areas in London we want to optimize for. You must therefore have full understanding of onsite SEO; especially since Google Panda & Penguin updates.
You will have to install a number of plugins and configure wordpress settings.
We can pay $300 - $1,500 (Maximum) for this project. All money will be deposited in escrow account once project is awarded but we will NOT release funds until we are 100% happy and satisfied with the work.
You will need to provide at least 2 months FREE technical support for all your work. If you cannot provide at least 2 months free technical support for your own work then please DO NOT bid on this project!
