Requirements for Website

All forms must be able to work on Linux or Windows based server, also able to transfer data to Access database from server and store this information or parts of it on the server for validation of user logons plus be able to update any/all pages with MS FrontPage?"? or from Access database and would like cookies for validation with the ability to create various pages through tables in Access database like text fields, labels, radio buttons, checkboxes, command buttons and link them back to the Access db or other type of delimited db on the server, then to admin statistics of visitors, length of time on each page, with ability to send email verifications out to new registrants with a link in email to finish registration

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Here is what I know so far:

Fields: eMail, eMail1 for verification, password, password1 for verification. Honorary(combo), LastName, FirstName, LastNameAtGraduation, Address, City(combo), State(combo), ZipCode, ContactPhone, SchoolGraduated(combo), CityGraduated(combo), YearGraduated(combo), Occupation(combo)&textbox for other combo Option.

Spouse Information: LastName, FirstName, SchoolGraduated, StateGraduated, LastNameAtGraduation, Address, City, State, ZipCode

2 sets of Radio Buttons: (one for graduate, and one for spouse) NumberOfYearsAdditionalSchooling +1 through +8, SelfEmployed Y/N .If Y, then textbox for input

3. A database that can be duplicated that will allow creation of a startdate/enddate, event(memo field), category. This database and any duplicates will allow for the creation of a NEW webpage that is ASP or ASP.NET. This will allow the client to create Tourism, Employment, Recreation and many other pages on the fly, as they decide what they want or need.

4. User will assign themselves a username and password. The system will store and verify, each time the user logs on. Date/Time and length of time on each page will be needed in a report the admin can print.

Alumni data will be pulled, once a person is registered and verified from a database of alumni, pulled by school and year graduated, to show all alumni in that year for that school.

Once registered, user will fill in the above questionnaire and this information will be stored in Access db. Administrator will be able to offload the inputted data to their local machine by logging into the server and identifying themselves as such, with their admin, username and password. Once this is done, and automated verificati on email will be generated and sent to verify the email they entered is accurate. If within 24 hours an email confirmation click from the user isn’t verified, the information will be purged from the database and the administrator notified and a purge (append) to the database will be sent the next time the admin logs on and will continue to be sent, till all admin (2 or 3) are purged of the corrupt information. This is a “Double Opt In?? option. Also, on the verification page a bot eliminator, similar to Yahoo, MSN and others that require an input to keep bots from spamming the site.

Once data is offloaded to the Admin. Local Machine. The active administrator will be able to press a command button and load into their SMTP client autoresponder emails to send to all the recent web registrants. The Alumni database updated by Query, once this information is verified.

Finally I would LIKE to have this all editable in FrontPage?"? preferably f or the client. ASP and ASP.NET are acceptable for the webforms and front and backend web materials. All of the databases would be able to post to either HTML or ASP pages on world wide web from the admin machine for updates.

What to capture IP address, Date and Time person registered in hidden fields. Also want to check for duplicates on a regular basis and report to admin such duplicates. Inactivity would require the person to relog back onto the website. Popup message on screen to notify user they have been logged off.

I will update this as the client informs me. Any additional updates will be negotiated financially. This is Phase I through Phase III, currently.

All the previous information is being altered as such. The ability to save data on a Linux Server based system to a delimited txt file; encrypted then able to be downloaded to the local machine and ported into Access.
