Scrum Master/ Trainer

Experienced 'Product Owner' seeks Scrum Master/Trainer to assist in managing 'Big Ideas' down to testable code. Will work with a team of 4 developers and Entrepreneur.
Role consists of taking long form chat/ discussions down to executable code tasks. Git, code review, and testing.
My lead developer is offshore and describes our process as '100% wrong'.
Despite that, we have a large application stack with nearly 1 million cumulative users.
Looking for assistance 10 hours per week, 2 hour blocks Monday - Friday.
We are using PHP, Mongo, Mysql, and Amazon Web Services.
