PHPList HTML Email Issue

We use PHPList to send our email blasts out, and we usually use plain text emails.

When attempting to send a blast of HTML emails , the emails are appearing in the receiver's box in HTML text. like "<html><head>" etc.

We need someone experienced with PHPList to fix this. Must have previous PHPList experience with bug testing and modification. If you don't have PHPLIST experience please do not bid.

We'll have some other tweaks to PHPList as future work too.
