I would like to have a Joomla module that manages the sequencing of content, scheduling of content and messaging.

Core functionality:

1. Allows grouping of users into cohorts

2. Allows upload of any content (Document Management System)

3. Functionality to schedule content delivery to individual users or cohorts of users

4. Push system to send out content at appropriate times per schedule.

5. Reminder system for un-viewed content
