Users in certain usergroups must be able to add comments to categories. It must be possible for each comment to be related to many categories.

- Comments on categories (title, text, author)

* The author is the user writing the comment.

- Each comment can be related to many categories

- A method (php-function) to retrieve an associative array (category tree) with all categories that have one or more comments

- Widget to add the form for adding comments to static pages.

- Fully documented.
