Prestashop - Improving theme

I am looking for someone who can design, program and implement new futures on my web shop theme for a fordable price. The theme is already designed to run on Prestashop an open source e-commerce web application. It already has tons of futures but the new futures will include the following:

1. Improving the already existing product list by adding new codes and design so that it can be easier to use.

2. A price calculator that lets visitors display products depending on the customizations of the price calculator. For example you can customize the calculator to display only products that cost 15 to 20$.

3. A sign that displays price cut. On the top of the product picture there will be a little sign saying for -25% or -20% or so depending on the settings in back office.

4. A price line that shows the old price and the new price in case of sales. The old price will be marked with a line in the middle mean wail the new price won’t be marked with any line.

5. A box that displays colors so that customers look for products depending on interest of color. For example when a customer presses blue products that are blue or blue mixed with other colors will be displayed.

6. A product category

7. A box for selecting what sizes of products to display only
