Improve Social Networking Website

We are looking for someone to significantly enhance an already established social networking site that we have created using mambo. Our current programmer has been promoted in his day job and does not have enough time to improve the website.

We want to change the site’s focus to appeal to a more distinct audience. Layout and logos will also need to be changed. The site is currently located at [[login to view URL]][1] In addition to the current functions, we would also like to add the following:

* Interactive maps that allow users to click locations and reveal all information pertaining to that location

* Tagging for user submissions

* IP origination information to reveal users located within a certain area

* Make the site multi-lingual ready.

* Advertiser Referral tracking

* Cookie-less user tracking

* Site monitoring

* Website analytics

* User and Review Ratings and grading system

* Search Engine Optimization

Obviously this is just a brief outline of the information we like to add to our website. Please message me and I will provide you with a site that is very similar in nature to the site we hope to create. From there we will provide a more thorough explanation of the site’s new focus and functions.

*We do not need a licensed version of another script and we will need to retain all rights to the script. Also, we would like to continue using the mambo CMS.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
