PHP/Mysql Backoffice very simple ERP/CRM ongoing

I started a very simple Backoffice application, for our small company (less than 5 employees)
It is in its early stage and most software still needs to be written. I expect a busy period for some 4-6 weeks and then ongoing work of some hours each week.
You will start from the scratch, no prewritten code, no object orientation, no css, no html5, no ajax, no mobile apps. Plain old fashion HTML/PHP/MYSQL!
Only apply if
* you are experienced in creating Database Structures, using SQL, especially MYSQL
* are a quick, clean PHP code writer
* are available for above time plan
* can accept the project 24h after you have been invited. The project would probably start in about a week from now.
Don't apply if
* you cannot very clearly communicate in ENGLISH in written. Prefered method is Email. Skype only in emergencies.
* you prefer frameworks for PHP
* you cannot code in a clean, readable, reusable, well commented manner. If I can't read your code it is of no use.
* you are not willing to test your code thoroughly before handing it in to me. I have no time for beta testing
* you cannot prove your abilities of programming in form of finished code and operating sites. This will be checked.
I will hire by the hour, but you will give estimates on how long you need for a certain implementation step.
