Insert iframe into Opencart Checkout page

I require someone to insert an iframe into our checkout process. At present the user fills out their usual details (name, email, etc) selects payment method. The user then selects "Pay with Bitcoin" as seen in attachment "Checkout Button". This currently redirects the user to a merchant payment screen.
From here an iframe should launch below this button, labelled "Payment". One of two actions will take place. If the provider cannot be contacted, a message in the iframe should report "Our payment gateway partner is experiencing difficulties. Please try again shortly" At present the reported error is not descriptive to the user and is shown in attachment "Error". If the gateway is contactable, then the page should just load in the new iframe. The expected result of the working iframe should show the same as what the attachment "iframe content" shows.
Website username and password will be provided to winner. Being a simple job I expect this will be done asap.
