Remove a car and litter from an image

Hi! I want to modify the image that you can see at [login to view URL] to i) remove the car, and ii) remove litter scattered around. I have a similar image without the car, which you can see at [login to view URL] (slightly different angle, but very similar). The end result should be an improved version with the same resolution, similar to what you see in [login to view URL], but of course without rough edges and color / brightness differences between the areas that were modified and the rest of the picture.
Will you be so kind as to let me know if this is feasible and at what price?
