Objective:
Users can log in and see their cases they have referred
Query and hold their ID from [url removed, login to view] ie CaseMgrID for a Case Manager
Query Tbl Evaluee where CaseMgrID =
PART ONE: Reports Download
Then show a list of the patients they have and when they click on that patient show the list of reports in their Directory
Server\assessab\clainat files\client DIR\Reports
Then let them download any report they choose
PART TWO
A Tracking Dashboard for a patients attached to that person logged in ie CaseMgrID
See the [url removed, login to view] tracking form and replicate certain of those fields
Step ONE
List of appointments from TBLAssessmentinfo Info for the patient
Step TWO
Query TBL Tracking where clientID = clientID and where AssessmentID = assessmentID
Show a form with these results
Appointment Date = TblAssessmentINfo.[assessDate] and if is Null then ‘Not Set’
Appointment Type = TblAssessemtnInfo.[evalType]
Provider = TblAssessemtnInfo.[ [assessDr]
Patient Attended: = tblTracking.[FME Done?]
Appointment Cancellation: = tblTracking.[N/C Cancellation?]
No Show: = tblTracking.[N/C Cancellation?]
Report in Draft = tblTracking.[Dictation In?]
Report in Draft = tblTracking.[Elec Sig?]
