Conversion of VS2008 Lib from 32bit to 64 bit

I need someone who can convert the library http://atapi.codeplex.com/releases/view/40055#DownloadId=104938 to something that will work in a 64 bit environment. When it is attempted in it's current form most of the library variables with regard to call information have funky incorrect characters in them. My understanding is the issue is...
