i have a photo taken in the water of myself and another artist. i am looking to take a sexy maxim like photo and make it look dark, sexy, sophisticated and mysterious all at the same time. i also am looking for it to resemble a painting . i have a pre designed idea but i havent found the right person to make it perfect. i have a few things that need to be fixed in photo shop. a nose and butt area. i am kind of in a rush. my budget is 50$ depending on who is doing it i could pay a little more !!
